Additional Information: The main entrance gives access to the Box Office, kiosk, bar and four of our screens. The fifth screen and main floor of the café can be accessed via a lift to the first floor. Our main auditorium (Screen 1) has six wheelchair spaces, the other four (Screens 2-5) have two each. All wheelchair spaces are positioned on the front row. TOILETS Customer toilets are located on both the ground floor and the first floor. An adapted toilet for wheelchair users is located on the ground floor on the main corridor to the screens. There is an emergency call-point in this toilet should a user need to summon VISUALLY IMPAIRED CUSTOMERS Guide dogs are welcome. If you wish to take your dog into a performance, please let us know when booking so that we can arrange an aisle seat. Alternatively your dog can be cared for by a member of staff for the duration of the performance and we will be happy to provide drinking water for your dog. The auditoria are equipped with audio descriptive equipment. CUSTOMERS WITH IMPAIRED HEARING Screen 2 has an induction loop. Hearing aid users should turn their aids to the ‘T’ position. Some of our screenings have English-language subtitles for customers with hearing impairments. Please contact the cinema for further information. DISABLED PARKING There are no parking facilities directly outside the cinema, however parking bays are located around the corner on Rushcroft Road. Please note that during the day these spaces fill rapidly.
