Disabled toilet facilities
We have multiple disabled toilets to make your experience at the centre hassle-free. You can find these above the Central Atrium on Car park level 2 and on the Lower Mall by Boots. Radar keys are available from Shopmobility on Car Park Level 1 or the Customer Service desk on the Upper Mall by Starbucks.

Disabled parking spaces
We have 64 designated parking spaces spread over both floors of our multi-story car park. Most are sites within easy reach of the main entrances. Centre Security personnel patrol the car parks and will deal with any parking abuse of the spaces set aside for customers with disabilities.
An extra wide parking space is allocated to you and if you are registered disabled you are allowed 6 hours of FREE car parking; simply show your blue badge to our Shopmobility staff who will arrange to validate your parking ticket.
Shopmobility
intu Bromley has a dedicated Shopmobility Centre. You can access shopmobility via car park level 1 green, location B. Wheelchairs and other mobility options are available for hire and staff are always on hand to offer specialist advice on your needs. You can take your pick from a range of wheelchairs and powered scooters.

Thursday 08:45am – 6:00pm
Saturday 08:45am – 5:45pm
Sunday 10:30am – 5:00pm
Equipment must be returned 30 mins prior to closing time.
*Customers will be required to leave a £20 deposit and to present 2 forms of ID, one to be a photo ID and one to be a recent utility bill/bank statement showing your current address. Customers will also be asked to complete a disclaimer form when hiring equipment. Please contact a member of the team on 020 8313 0031 for details of which forms of identification are accepted.
**Please note, these times don’t include holiday opening hours. Please speak to one of our lovely staff members about availability during Bank Holidays. A pre-booked hire can only be held for 1 hour after the original start time so please don’t be late.
